Excellent physician
Dr. Lambert is super competent, astute, and considerate. He explains things well and answers questions thoroughly. He is so upbeat I always feel better after seeing him.

Whoever answers the phones is condescending and just plain rude. I hadn't seen the doctor in 3 years and you'd think that made me a terrible person by the way the receptionist spoke to me. She talked down to me and treated me as if I should've known better. She started telling me how hard it would be to get an appointment and that I'd be considered a new patient, which is fine, but her tone made me feel like I'd done something wrong. I won't be going back. Not that she cares.
