I received a bill showing a charge of EKG report by Dr Luceri, however neither us as the patient nor the physician who prescribed the EKG received the report five months after the EKG was done. I called the medical record office of both Christiana Care and Nemours on 7/25, both offices told me they do not have the record for my child. How frustrating is this? Without receiving the report, I have to sit on the bill until we have the report.
