The office visits were great. But the delivery couldn't have went any worse. I pushed with only the nurse. 23 hrs of labor & 3 hrs of pushing, he came in and said I didn't think you would be able to have a natural birth but I thought I'd let you try. I requested no students but a student attempted to give me a spinal. No success so I was put under. My son was not breathing when he was born. Didn't know until we saw the hospital bill stating heart & lung resuscitation.

Dr. Lund is the best doctor I've ever had. He cares greatly for his patients from both a medical and a psychological standpoint. He makes the phrase above and beyond seem commonplace in his care. I recommend him highly, and I hope to be able to take my daughter (who he delivered) to him when she reaches the age to need gynecological care.

After graduating from the University of Iowa/ College of Medicine in 1996, Dr. Lund moved to Milwaukee and completed his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2000.  After a long and fulfilling career in academic medicine, Dr. Lund now works in the Advocate Aurora health care system.
