Absent minded, terrible, awful, impatient, staff.
The staff here is pretty bad. You will have your tell them things over and over. And over and over again. They don’t care enough to listen and somehow miss things and important details continually. They do not pay attention to detail, which is critical when dealing with medications and the like. To top it off, they talk down to you when you politely and kindly call to get what you were supposed to get the whole time and usually weeks ago. It’s a shame the staff is like this.
