The staff was very efficient and kind. The doctor, however was not. He is condescending, dismissive and rude with NO bedside manner.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Mayer. I thought he was very professional but yet caring. When I expressed a little concern regarding a procedure he was kind and calmed me down. He was very thorough, took his time with me, and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I love Dr Mayer! His scoping of the throat was painless and gentle. He took his time. He answered my questions and clearly outlined the next steps to resolve my issue, which was nodules on the thyroid. I would highly recommend to anyone. I trust this doctor.

I found Dr Mayer's attitude to be off-putting. As an adult I question how he must come off with children especially. He really seemed quite cold and fairly uncaring. He left me wondering what I should do basically, offering no solutions to my problem.

One of the best ENT's we have ever used. He removed my husband's thryroid due to cancer. He saved his life. My daughter and I use him as well. He is the most gentle and caring doctor who really takes his time to explain exactly what your problem is. I would recommend him to everyone.
