Dr. Michael Mayfield, MD

This doctor had my autistic child on a vile mix of medically dangerous meds. At one point he was a court appointed doctor for criminal patients and the people in the waiting room made us very uncomfortable.

He is the best now I'm wondering who's taking his patients does anyone know. I wish he was there

Dr Mayfield is an awesome Dr. & I need him to come back. He truly cares about helping people & I can't find another psychiatrist anywhere that will take new patients or Medicaid. I hope all is well with you Dr. Mayfield. Plz come back. You are needed. Sincerely, Lee Cahill

He's a good dr. I couldn't imagine dealing day to day and remaining calm with all he deals with. We want him back.

I really liked Dr.Mayfield, he was a very good listener and I appreciated that because that means he care. I called his office phone and the answer machine satd that his office is closed permantley. i was sadden to hear that, i had been going to his office for a little over 2 years. he listen to all my problems and took it serious. wtll miss him. not sure what happen but will be praying for him and his family.. GOD BLESS YOU DR MAYFIELD..YOU WILL BE TRULLY MISSED

Dr.Mayfield is one of the best doctors I've seen. He is very well mannered and Nice. He is very understanding off patients and keeps calm in three chaos of the patients. I would 100% recommend him. I would not go to anyone else. MST

Dr. Mayfield is a very good phychiatrist to me.I have been seeing Dr. Mayfield for about 3yrs. and I have had no complaints with him.He has provided m help with the problems that was @ hand,as well as the problems that I am still currently experiencing.The drive is a bit lengthy,yet it's not when U have a real need for his service,office maybe is over booked at times,patience Needed,no child should be allowed unless being seen.Office staff is 100%, hard to reach whn calling in for appointment.

Dr. Mayfield and his office staff are very friendly, and every experience has been completely positive. He makes an effort to establish a good rapport with the patient. He's a great doctor and a nice person, and he's very easy to talk to. I have recommended his services to family and friends.

I've been a patient for numerous years. I only wish that Dr. Mayfield would get more than one receptionist. Not because she is not liked, it's because she can't possibly handle the Volume of calls that come in. Every employee must be able to get a break by law so, he needs an additional receptionist cuz it's not fair. I put 5 stars for scheduling ONLY because Cassi makes every attempt & does help. Dr. PLEASE tell patients tht u don't do "Talk Therapy". They must go elsewhere. It holds up others

Dr Mayfield, Is the best. I've been going to him for 8 years. It's nice having a doctor that knows you and cares and keeps up with you.

Always a very long wait to see the Dr, usually an hour or more behind you scheduled appointment. Impossible to reach the front office by phone to make or cancel an appointment. The pharmacy can't even reach the front office.

His staff doesn't have a clue to how to help or run an office. I had a question about insurance and the girl just looked at me. His staff seems to be a mix of ladies that don't have much experience in a doctors office. The doctor himself doesn't seem to care about his patients at all. He didn't seem like he was wanting or willing to take an interest in my child. Never asks me if I have any conerns for my child. HORRIBLE office staff and I am sorry to say that the docotor is no better!!

Dr. Mayfield is a very good Dr. He is friendly and spends time talking and getting to know his patients. He cares about all of his patients and always will listen to any problems you may have. Love Dr Mayfield!!!
