Dr. McCann was friendly and competent. He spent time with me to make sure that I understood my issue and the treatment for it. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Only saw the APN. She was courteous and informative. Should have liked the physician to at least walk in and introduce himself to me as he was going to possibly preform a small procedure within a couple of weeks. Clinic very efficient, friendly and clean.

it was obvious that Dr. McCann had prepared for my visit having reviewed my chart he was able to discuss, in detail, my symptoms and the procedure he thought would be best.

I have seen Dr. McCann for years. He is an excellent Dr. to work with in the office and during a hospital visit for a pain management appointment.

I saw one of the nurse practitioners, but they assured me that Dr McCann reviewed my chart and concerns. All my questions were answered and evaluation seemed thorough. Appointments will be made promptly for follow up care.

I saw Dr. McCann for a work-related injury, his nurse practitioner entered the room about an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time. The entire time I waited I sat and heard through the door both the nurse practitioner and Dr. McCann speak/complain about other patients. When they finally entered Dr. McCann asked about my future career goals and I said I wanted to attend medical school, to which he quickly responds 'that is a horrible idea.' His office did not submit the pre-certification request until an entire week had gone by, and it was denied due to him/his office not returning three calls from workers comp. He appealed this denial but yet again failed to call them back on their four voicemails left. He failed to return a total of 7 calls, I am still in pain and having to start the process over with another doctor, now it is more difficult due to his office being denied twice. They act bothered to return patient calls and have zero empathy.

Worst run office i’ve ever experienced. Sad, Dr. McCann seems to be a good doctor. I was humiliated and turned away at surgery because a $300 copay was sprung on me. I called, emailed, etc to make sure there were no surprise charges. This is the 2nd time this has happened. And i have never been turned away because i didn’t have my copay. Doctors who care work with you. Hope i can find someone new. I’m in terrible pain, and so humiliated. It’s not about healthcare, it’s about money

The staff is very knowledgeable

Dr. McCan has been our go to doctor for over 18 years. My wife and I have both used his services and highly recommend him to anyone. Very skilled in his field of practice and would only trust him for our mgt.

Getting relief from an injection 18 years ago gives credit to Dr. Mc Cann's ability and technique.It is now time for a touch up. At 75 now, that gives me until 2041 until I need another injection.Remember the key word is RELIEF.

Jeff Arthur is a narcissistic, rude, awful doctor. The very first time I met him, he came into the closet of a room in which I had been for 45 minutes, barking orders at me. I said, "Wait a second," and he responded that he had 11 patients stacked up behind me abd that he had to hurry. It was appalling, to say the least. NEVER will I see Dr. Jeff Arthur again. I have met many others who have had the same terrible experience with Dr. Arthur. It would well serve Dr. McCaann to get rid of Jeff Arthur. He is a detriment to Dr. McCaann's practice. If Dr. Uday Doctor were still alive, I have no doubt that Dr. Doctor would have fired Jeff Arthur.

Dr. McCann treated me for neck pain with 2 exploratory injections leading to an nerve ablation which has 95% relieved my pain and I would recommend seeing him as he is the ultimate professional with a fantastic staff! Thank God for him and what he does and the relief he brings to so many!! (Although one time I did go to his office and waited about almost 2 hours to see him, and I had to leave because I couldn’t wait anymore, but as a true professional, he personally called me a little bit later that evening to go over everything and spent plenty of time on the phone with me explaining it all) Dr. McCann is the REAL deal!!!

Dr. McCann treated my mother for degenerative spine pain and it helped her so much! He is absolutely the best orthopedic pain doctor in Houston!
