Doesn't care to treat patients with real problems.
my mother the to see Dr. Mendoza G.I. workup. Instead he referred her to a therapist. the past few months will my mother made two trips to the ER by ambulance and received immediate surgery both trips to ER. the hospital doctors asked my mother why Dr. Michael Mendoza, never caught problems ? He refused to give me a G.I. workup, instead sent my mother to a seaweed eating physical therapist.

Told my wife she did not have acid reflux or gurd, essentially wouldn't listen to her then released her as a patient due to her being unable to make her appointments or two different occasions because of being up all night due to the acid reflux.

I had to have a routine colonoscopy screening based on my age and some family history. My ex, who is a surgeon and performed this procedure himself recommended Dr. Mendoza. Also, he chose him for his own colonoscopy. Dr. Mendoza met me for the initial visit, and explained the procedure. Then yesterday I had the procedure. The office made sure I feel comfortable. I was done in 20+ minutes. I felt nothing and woke up fresh no gas-pain or anything. Dr. Mendoza is highly recommended.

I was fortunate that Dr. Mendoza was available when my problem occurred. I feel very lucky. After surgery during a post op visit Dr. Mendoza spent over 30 minutes with me explaining in great detail the next phase of my treatment, was friendly, attentive and very assuring. I feel confident in his hands.

He was very attentive and a great listener. He made sure to answer all my questions. He made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He was compassionate and caring. The Bonus was before I left the appointment he glanced over at my list of questions and asked Did I answer all your questions? we went over them one by one to make sure. My experience with Dr. Mendoza was awesome. :-)

Attentive listener, felt like he cared about what I was saying. Took plenty of time during my visit to address my questions. Made me feel comfortable talking about an issue that was not easy for me to express. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

It was the worse experience ever. Waited almost two hours for him to tell me he did not have my hospital records. Maybe they should try to consult with the hospital ahead of time. He is unprofessional , uncaring and cold.
