Thorough and patient .

Dr. Molinaro has been my PCP for a few years. He is brilliant and actually diagnosed an illness that other specialists could not. They treated me but I never recovered. Dr. Molinaro helped me recover. I have sent family to see him as well. He is now our doctor and I hope we never have to change that, as he truly cares for his patients! *****

Dr. Molinaro is very thorough and spends the time necessary to listen as well as explain his diagnoses and recommendations. He is very methodical in his analysis and subsequent treatment plan.

Dr Molinaro is very empathetic, compassionate and incredibly caring. His staff is excellent as well. I’m very grateful to be a patient of theirs.

I've been a patient of Dr. Molinaro for seven years. He's conscientious, listens well, and provides great care. The problems lie with his computers and staff. I've moved twice in the last five years. Every time I visited Dr. Molinaro since then, I told his staff: I've moved. Every time, they entered my new address into their system. Every time, it didn't work. Eventually my bill went to a collection agency because they continued sending bills to my original address. In two cases, my visit was upcoded to a higher - and more expensive - medical code. Each occurrence required dozens of phone calls to resolve. Every time, the staff got angry and snippy. Twice, they hung up on me. This is unacceptable. So I've found a new doctor. Dr. Molinaro is part of Mountainside Medical Group, which is part of Hackensack University Medical System. These two companies are responsible for the consistent staffing and computer problems. Dr. Molinaro is a great doctor, undercut by dysfunctional systems.

Dr. Molinaro is spot on whenever he makes a diagnosis! He never ceases to amaze me. I walk out of his office feeling totally confident and blessed to have such a wonderful doctor.

I have always found Dr. Molinaro to be pleasant, caring, a good listener and an all-around good doctor. The assistants are skilled and do their jobs well. It is often hard to get through to the office staff on the phone which is my only complaint.

Doc was great and so was nurse who took vitals and other information in the exam room. However, office staff was pretty rude. We were not told to fast before our physicals so the doc must have mentioned something to the front office staff. The staff spoke loudly (we can still hear you behind the plexiglass) about how patients were liars and that everyone is told to fast. My husband played them a confirmation voicemail that made no mention of fasting.

Dr. Molinaro is very nice but the office was frenzied and I waited over an hour for a 10-minute appointment. Not a great experience. Maybe it was just a busy day!
