Dr. Michael Moore, MD

Dr. Moore seemed surprised by my daughter's varied health issues and treated her in a condescending way. He never took the biopsies for enzyme testing during her second endoscopy so we are left not knowing if she is lactose intolerant or whatever else the testing might show. I do not recommend this doctor, and his staff seems frustrated, too.

Dr. Moore is an awesome doctor who listens to everything you have to say. He spends quality time with his patients and listens to all your concerns. I began going to him in 2000 after being misdiagnosed by another doctor and have stayed with him ever since. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great and personable GI doctor.

He spends a lot of time with me and explains things so i can understand. He is thorough.

Dr. M. Moore is an excellent gastroenterologist. He has taken great care of my health successfully, for over 30 yrs. He is kind and friendly, great to speak with at every appointment. He always explain everything in a very clear manner to me. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. His staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to this office from a. Surgeon I have seen once. I have bad GI issues and have been talking to so many doctors trying to get help. I called the office to see if they received my referral. I was told to call back two days after or they would call me when they have it. A week later (today) I call and the woman puts me on hold. Aka hangs up. I call back and the woman said she has my referral but needs more information. So you didn’t call me to tell me you have anything or tell me you need more. And you don’t even tell me what information you need from what kind of doctor! Be specific! Help me help you so I can get the medical attention I need. She was rude and unhelpful. It should not be so difficult, I have no idea what documents they need.I work in healthcare and deal with providers all day and this was poor assistance. I will suffer with my condition and look elsewhere for help.

I really enjoy his bed side manors, sense of humor and his thoroughness! A nice guy for sure!

Dr Moore was terrible, he made me wait over 2 hours to be seen by him (I found out later that he was on a BREAK). Then when he did see me he was extremely rude and never made eye contact. His nurse did everything, there was no point in him being there. I will never see him again, I felt he completely took advantage of my time and couldn't care less about me as a patient.
