Dr. Michael Morales, MD

I was seen by this doctor on August 20th, 2023 in the Cleveland Clinic Avon ED. For reference, I am a 38 year old mother of two who is married, and a full time employee with benefits. I have chronic health issues and pain, I’m treated with respect by providers always. Never in my medical care history have I been treated with such disrespect and dismissal by a provider. I was in excruciating pain, and because I have a condition that doesn’t allow me to have NSAIDS, Dr. Morales decided himself I was attempting to get a prescription for narcotics. I never even asked for pain medication, I wanted to know what’s wrong with me. He dismissed me and wouldn’t even provide me acetaminophen. I put him in his place and a nurse even came in after to tell me that he was a doctor that “frequently jumped to conclusions.” Less than a month later, a different doctor found I had a mass and needed surgery quickly. It may be 2025, but I will never forget this experience and want to spare others.
