Dr. Michael Mostyn, MD

Thinking of taking him up on charges with the AMA. we have covid and have different Drs. This man and his staff are unprofessional . My partner and I have both tested twice and I got my paxlovid right away. Why does Dr Mostyn insist on making an appoitment when by the time we get to him the window of treatment is gone!!!!!! Dont use him if you want any type of attentive care. Being told you have to be seen to get Paxlovid....Thinking of calling the medical board as well. These people really dont know what they are doing. Look for a Dr that has a rating higher than 2.......Dr Mostyn is a very nice man, but I would not trust him with my care.....

You will be lucky to get an appointment over the phone, staff on the phones are rude and tell you they cannot control referrals, referral line voice mail full & hangs up on you. I was told to call your insurance if there’s any issues with referrals because the receptionist can only send them emails?. This is just ridiculous. I’ve been waiting over one & a half years to get a referral to a specialist because his office will never follow up on referrals. 3 weeks out and their office still has not sent my referral out to corresponding physicians…

Barely does an exam, outsources all labs and testing. And then you have to read your own results and call him to schedule a followup appt to discuss. No follow up whatsoever. Office staff has no experience dealing with patients with anxiety, etc. They just hang up on you.

Dr. Mostyn and his staff have been courteous and professional. I have found Dr. Mostyn to be very responsive. He promptly referred me to a good kidney specialist. My expereience with Dr. Mostyn has been most helpful.
