very unprofessional and rude. As soon as he walked in he mocked my appearance and was very condescending throughout the entire meeting. I have never experienced a "medical professional" act so ignorant and childish. This person puts the medical profession in a bad light and hopefully does not represent the conduct of the other Doctors in the facility.

Great Doctor!
I have seen Nogalski for several issues through the years. He's always been a doctor that listens! To me, that is a must requirement for a doctor to have! If there's an alternative to surgery, he will suggest that first! He's always been a doctor to treat the problem, not the symptoms. The staff is great! I have never had to wait more than a few days to see him. I highly recommend him!

Best ACL Reconstruction Results!
I decided to see Dr Nogalski for a second opinion when another facility was taking too long to respond to my concerns/MRI results. I was told that given my age, the surgeons at the first facility would be hesitant to recommend surgery. As an active scuba diver, this was NOT an option. Called OA and had an appointment within a week. Brought my MRI and explained my desire to continue diving. Dr Nogalski said, “You’re active, so we fix it.” My physical therapist said it’s the best ACL surgery and recovery he’s ever seen. I highly recommend Dr Nogalski and OA.

Top notch
Dr Nogalski is an example of what a medical provider should be. He is very friendly and polite, takes the time to explain medical conditions and options, and is a skilled surgeon. He has seen my wife and I both and we think he is excellent. His support staff is also friendly an efficient. I would recommend both he and Orthopedic Associates to anyone.

Dr Nogalski listen very attentively to my symptoms. Performed several test on me while I was in his office. He also ordered X-ray and a MRI. All of which was done at the same location. Very happy with the service and the testing.

Super Fantastic Experience
I and my family have been patients of OA since 1993. I have also referred them to friends when they had needs. This particular experience was great. I called with problems and within a week had an appointment and plan to address the problems with my knee. Dr. Nagolski asked several questions, made an assessment of exactly where the pains are and the impact of the pains on my daily activities. They took X-Rays and came up with a care plan. We also agreed for a follow-up visit if improvements don't happen within three weeks. Could have not asked for anything more.

Dr. Nogalski listened to my symptoms, took a lot of time explaining to me what was going on and gave me a couple of different options on how to treat the issue. I didn’t feel he was trying to rush through the appointment at all, actually he took quite a bit of time examine me and explaining things.

Great doctor!
Dr. Nogalski is wonderful. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. X-rays and mri done same day. Got answers to knee pain that had been going on for a while. Previous doctor wanted to wait a month before even exploring my knee pain. So thankful I was able to become a patient with Dr. Nogalski.

I visited this doctor 3 months ago , four visits total , and ended having surgery, lasted 30 minutes, amazingly shocked .two months later , more pain than ever , and stillhave the same symptoms.

He is truly a Workers comp doctor he lies on reports has no regard for the patient and has gone against recommendations from top doctors in his field even the ones more experienced, knowledgeable and higher rated. This guy is at the very bottom of his specialty rating. I'm not real sure how he even still has his license.
