good doctor but little experience
I visited Dr .Peters for scratching of bottom around rectal area He prescribed an ointment that is less effective than other experienced PCP'S. Also, he seems to rush a bit, in a hurry, and had less patience to explain the diagnosis. There are better PCP's in this area.
