Dr Peters and Sandy are a phenomenal team to have on your side! They genuinely care about their patients so much more than you would even hope. I'm so thankful for them and all they have done to keep me health and support me thru my issues! This is a small private practice. They give you all the time you need in visits and don't rush you out the door. They are not double booked an you don't wait forever to get in, you are seen at your appointment time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family practice office.

The big selling point of this practice is that it is small and you pay to be a patient. With that being said, you pay almost 1500 a year for a doctor that doesn’t go to the hospital, to your home, or nursing home. There is no continuity of care, or anything exceptional about the doctor’s medical expertise. The office hours are very limited, and response time isn’t any better than a normal doctor. In order to bill insurance at maximize rates, appointments are excessively long and they tend to try to talk you into running a lot of unnecessary tests.

LISTENS to patient. Asks relevant questions. Respects, and acknowledges that patient KNOWS when something is wrong and together with patient attempts to rule out potential issues, until ultimately some courses of treatment might be considered. Always works with patient's other specialists to coordinate treatment. He reminds me of a Conductor with an orchestra creating the best music - outcome- for the patient. On 2 occasions, once before I was a patient of his partner, not even his, he detected a serious problem which ultimately required immediate hospitalization, including quarantine, lasting 2 weeks. This was 15 years before this pandemic. On the second occasion he called me on a Saturday morning, demanding that I get to the hospital immediately. I initially resisted. What happens in hospitals on weekends anyway? Blood tests taken the previous day revealed a very serious situation that required my hospitalization. Basically twice he saved my life.

Dr. Peters is an exceptional caring physician. Being an older adult, I have several health issues and take a number of prescriptions. I feel Dr. Peters is careful in what he prescribes and does a great job at keeping in touch with the 2 specialists I see (cardiac and kidney issues.) The practice fee is so worth it to me - every time I am seen, he takes as much time as needed for my exams and to explain test results and any disease progression. Dr. NEVER rushes me. Very nice office, too.

I have chronic health issues and require special attention with multiple prescriptions written yearly. He and his staff have always been courteous and responsive to my needs and inquiries. The amount of time Dr. Peters spends with me (many times over 30 minutes) is very important and needed for my conditions. His wife Sandy always makes me feel special and takes care of my needs very well. Anyone willing to pay an extra fee for this personalized attention gets what they pay for and more from Dr.
