The Dr. and his entire staff were very professional and caring. One of the best medical practices that I have dealt with, ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a foot problem.

I had bunion surgery on both feet this summer. I had great results from Dr. Petrocelli’s expert skill. Follow up appointments were easily scheduled and he and his staff were wonderful. I have already recommended him highly to friends needing a podiatrist.

Doctor triple books patients, so he is running room to room not giving sufficient time for questions or care. Would not show me X-rays of fractures. Sought 2nd opinion, leading to extra time and pain as Petrocelli’s diagnosis was incorrect.

Doctor running from room to room as he triple books patients. Would not show me X-rays which made sense since I sought a second opinion which was very different than the doctor’s diagnosis leading to unnecessary expense and time. $30 charge for my own records if I picked them up, $50 if mailed.

Mrs. P went above & beyond to call me after I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency with our dog. She actually called just to ask about the emergency & shared a similar situation with her dog.My toe surgery, post recovery, was extremely painful (due to my body rejecting the metal - no fault of Dr. P) the office staff & Dr. P went above & beyond to accommodate & resolve these issues. That was pure, personal & professional courtesy & I truly appreciate their support during that time. I highly recommend Dr. P & his office to handle your Podiatry care!

My first appointment with Dr. Petrocelli. From my first contact with this practice was a phone call as a new patient to make an appointment. Staff was polite, professional and very accommodating on the phone with scheduling. When I arrived at the office, the staff made me feel welcome, and it was a very short wait to see the doctor. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from Dr. Petrocelli and his wonderful staff. First, they squeezed me in on the same day of my urgency. I was in lots of discomfort. Dr. Petrocelli diagnosed me with an ankle fracture. He quickly explained everything in full detail. I had previously gone to the urgent care where I was told I had a sprain. I am truly grateful for such wonderful and great care!
