Dr. Phillips and the wound care center at CCIRH was a godsend. From my first experience calling and talking to Morgan and Melissa, to the nurses who have carefully handled wrapping my wound, to last Dr. Phillip urgency in determining the infections which was are running havoc in my surgery site, was outstanding This has been first class health care that communicated to me that my health, my healing mattered. I appreciated the fact, that once he had the infection under control he referred me to his colleague in the office Dr. C to handle what the next step of wound care and recovery. I have had the best experience and grateful for not only Dr. Phillip,

I had numerous appt with Dr Phillips and never felt good about his handling of my infectious thumb. Had been diagnosed with MRCA with constant puss and non healing. He never seemed interested in my well being after one and one half years of infection. Bottom line: just had a MRI done which showed no bone infection so he told me, and this is a quote, "I don't know what your problem is, perhaps you need to see a dermatologist, I can recommend several. Otherwise, you are free to go I don't need to see you again". Personally, he is detached, lazy, and the worst doctor I've ever dealt with. Cleveland Clinic is supposed to stand for excellence, well they need to take a look at this guy, he is bringing their name down.

Did not order cultures refered staph infecton.5 months changed antibiotic on phone. Cancelled every follow up appt to go meetings. Infection staph spead as a result to teeth, ears, eyes had to get oral surgery twice, lost 3 teeth, some hearing and vision. So dizzy with infection couldnt walk after 5 months pain. He didnt care. Left with permanent damage. No follow up done ever. Had to finally be taken to orlando dr who did culture got rite antibiotic infection gone in 4 weeks. What he didnt do 4 me cost me many months of angony and permanent damage. Is more interested In medical polotics obviously than follow up correct medical practices. Is rude, unless trying be political. Not a real dr. Was dangerous 4 me. Dr who referred me was appalled at my deterioated conditin 5 months after his referral and that did no cultures for resistance when referred me with serious staph aureus infection.lazy beyond belief and outof office a lot.

Awful. Good reviews must be planted. He was lazy, didnt ordr culures over sevl months of infection. Kept just phoning in diff rxs. I was left with permanent damage lack prope= medical teatment. My life hs permsnently been badly affected from staph infection he knew i had from a referral and didnt eat ptopr medical teatment. I am shocked at cleveland clinic . He is political, and wa very lazy in my medical care resulting in a bad result for me.

Dr Phillips was an excellent dr in manner and care for my lengthy problem. He always listened and advised me in an unrushed caring manner. I always felt confident in his expertise. Office staff and clinical assistants were the best. Indian River is lucky to have him.

I had a bad microorganisms infection and was referred to Dr. Phillips. He is the most caring doctor, and he takes the time to listen. He went above and beyond the call of duty. His staff is top notch as well.
