I had Dr Phillips in the ED. I understand that physicians are territorial but I am a high risk patient, who has had over 3 VSD repairs, seen by top specialists in the country. He refused to run bloodwork, a simple panel. He argued against an x ray because I am pregnant and then when my specialist, on the phone with me asked him to run the blood work, he said “he is not here I am seeing you so no”. I rarely go to the ER (my husband is also a MD) and I would not have gone if I was not worried...
