Horrible Clinic
I have gone to Pingree eye center for over 10 years but will not be going back. They have become really dishonest and over-charge both the patient & the insurance. Their staff is also really horrible. I would recommend finding another provider.

I was referred to Dr Pingree from the emergency room doctor; His office staff was pleasant to work with, Dr. Pingree spent about an hour with me and then told me he did not know what was wrong with me, he said “ I was beyond his expertise” Felt like my time there was wasted. Then he charged me over 400 dollars. I understand he needs to be charged for his time. Really, 400 dollars to tell me he does not know what is wrong. I will not be going back to Dr. Pingree, and I recommend that you do no

He kindly explained treatment options for my cataract problem and then fit his schedule to mine for the surgery. I am very pleased with the outcome following surgery.
