Consider SJ Nephrology. Fantastic!
I saw Dr. Piskun earlier in his career. He was pleasant, I saw no red flags. He put me thru a series of tests, ultrasounds of my kidneys, etc, for a UTI. He told me he found a cyst on my left kidney. I came for his follow-ups about the kidney, (there WAS no UTI).. When I came back, he told me it was a 'miracle,'the cyst was GONE! What??But here's the best part!! A couple years later, during an Abdominal CT, I find out I have a 'Horseshoe Kidney!' Before birth, your kidneys separate. In this case, they stay together. 1 in 500 births see this phenomenon...so how did this doctor never see my 'attached' kidneys, with his ultrasounds and tests!? Find a new doctor!!!

Never to return to that office.
The experience at the office was inexcusable. I arrived there less than 5 minutes late. I called the office twice to find out where the office was. As it turned out, the address listed on the website I used was incorrect. After getting the correct address I entered the office, gave the receptionist my name only to be told "you're late you'll have to reschedule". I tried to explain the reason and even showed her the incorrect listing only to be told to make another and have me a date 2 months later. I practiced medicine for 36 years and if that happened in my office that employee would have been fired immediately. I called the office manager to report what happened and was treated the same. NEVER GO TO THAT OFFICE. I CANCELED MY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

Unprofessional
In December 2021 I was scheduled through Jersey Urology for a prostate biopsy to be preformed by Dr. Michael Schutz. George Miller, PA sent two prescriptions to my pharmacy. One was not available and Mr. Miller gave my pharmacy an alternate to the unavailable one. I proceeded to pick up both prescriptions. A day later I am notified by my pharmacy there was a script ready in a different location. Dr. Schutz overrode Mr. Miller and found the original medication. I was left with a $40 script that I was told not to use. I asked Jersey Urology, specifically Dr. Piskun during a visit to reimburse me. He told me they would absolutely not reimburse me. When I stated perhaps it would be best for me to find another urologist, after using their services for nearly ten years, he stated "that may be a good idea!" and proceeded to cancel my follow up appointment . He was arrogant and unprofessional. I will absolutely be moving to another provider.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor. I had concerns and was sharing my past experiences (from years ago) with bladder issues and he instantly dismissed them and treated me in a very condescending manner. At one point, he made it clear he didn't even think I knew the difference between bladder fullness and bladder pain. Really? I am, quite frankly, disgusted with this doctor. My advice is to avoid this doctor. He may have a bad bedside manner in general, was having a bad day, or he may have a problem with either older people or women, or both.

This practice is the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away. All about profit not patient care. Whoever manages this practice has no respect for patients. If a Dr. is not fully booked up with patients that day or not enough patients scheduled to bring in a tech for your testing you will get a call a few days before your visit that it needs to be re-scheduled. They will give the excuse, Dr had surgery, or tech was sick, etc. Profit first YOU second. Office staff stressed! Even Dr's are fleeing!
