I waited more than 1 hour for Dr. Plunkett to arrive to a scheduled appointment. Dr. Plunkett does hospital calls on Friday mornings and office appointments may run late depending on what occurs earlier in the hospital. His staff did not advise me of that possibility and, if they had, I would have booked a later appointment. It was the holidays and I traveled in early from an out-of-town family event to make the appointment. Then, my appointment - first in 10 years- was very rushed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Plunkett for years and I dread the day he retires. I finally found a doctor whose goal is health, rather than to mask symptoms by prescribing multiple prescription drugs. He's an excellent diagnostician, and if exercise and better diet will fix something, he says so very plainly and so far he's been right. He's probably not the best if you're seeking opioids for long term use, but if I ever get seriously sick or injured, I hope he's my doctor.

A doctor who would rather leave me in pain rather than refill my prescription. Way to go Plunkett!
