He is a very caring Dr. Called the family on Friday night and talked to them regarding his patient which was my family. He even prayer with me. Answered all questions I had as well.

In my experience, Dr. Satchell is not responsive to patients. He does not follow up regarding serous illness and does not return phone calls even with serious illness. His disregard and lack of concern for his patients is at an unacceptable level. I have never heard of let alone experienced a doctor who would not respond to his patients in need of follow up on their care. He also does not have an answering service. My family will find a new physician as I have had it.
