Seriously, my worst experience with a healthcare provider ever :-(... After 10 months of following every treatment protocol prescribed and waiting on orthotic inserts that were paid for in January, I am told today (October!) that I cannot get a refund even though they do not fit. The worst communication ever and an experience I do not wish on anyone. Now, I am forced to find another provider and pay everything out of pocket since my insurance benefits were wasted on this practice with no relief.

5*STAR quality here! From making my appointment to seeing Dr. Schussler and his nurse practitioner, it was all such a wonderful experience. They have an experienced and helpful staff and Dr. Schussler is very personable and easy to talk to.
