Dr. Silverman performed a major surgery on my Mother in March & has left quite an impression on her since then. He was very thorough about what needed to be done & what could happen. He happily answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very attentive and we are very grateful that he was our surgeon. Dr.Silverman if you're reading this, thank you for everything once again. Dr. Silverman is an excellent surgeon. He performed my hysterectomy and I didn't need pain meds after. I'm still amazed. His office and fallow up care exceeded my expectations!! Because of him, I'm better!

This is a terrible, terrible doctor. He has zero compassion for his patients. I was referred to him to remove my adhesions from a previous C section. But when I saw him after waiting for more than one hour, without asking me any questions about my symptoms or history, I mean, I had barely sat down, he immediately said "the only thing I do for you is a hysterectomy and take everything out!" He didn't even try to hide his attitude of "I couldn't care less about you"... He was so despicable!

Highly recommend. A radiologist in Fallbrook found a 6cm ovarian cyst, and I was eventually referred to a GYN-ONC in Riverside. I hadn't heard from them after a week+, so called Scripps referral svc and chose Dr. Silverman. He saw me almost immediately, was very reassuring, patient, & knowledgeable; he performed my surgery 3 days later. I'd mentioned my PTP's concern with my gallbladder; Dr. S. took photos of it during the surgery. Very considerate! Very skilled surgeon-minimal scarring.

I had a horrible experience with doctors at Scripps. I had a cyst in my left ovary, and instead of scheduling to remove it, they sent me for several ultrasounds, and MRI, and then the gnocologist sent me to an oncologist. The oncologist told me I had cycsts on both ovaries, something Homer Chin from UCSD failed to divulge. I went to see Dr. Silverman who got me in, assessed the situation and got me into surgery immediatrely. Scripps was GREAT.
