Saved me from unnecessary injections!
I had experienced a retina bleed and lost central vision in one eye. First opinion of another doctor was WMD. I was devastated and told I need to begin getting injections immediately. My brother told me about Dr. Singer. I was comforted by his words, 'I am not God and do not know if it will heal but I do not want to begin injections and have it heal on it's own, thinking the injections worked.'..or words to that effect. Turns out he is the one who created the medicine the other doc was going to inject! My eye healed but I continue to see him to watch out for possible future issues. He is a kind person too.

Very disrespectful of my time. My first appointment was at 1pm. I waited until 1:15pm for someone to unlock doors after lunch. It was 1:30 before being seen by the doctor. On entering the room Dr. asked why I was there. When I responded, he smugly disregarded me and laughed asking again about the referring doctor. It was like he doubted the diagnoses - despite multiple specialists having diagnosed it 10yrs earlier. After examination, He told me about his research studies and he requested I visit his "office" because the necessary equipment wasn't at that location. When I asked about the test and he explained I told him the referring doctor had already done that test and we could request the results from his office as I wasn't sure my insurance would cover it twice. I was out the door by 1:45. For this introduction, I was charged. 2nd visit was no better, charged for tests the referring doctor had already done. Dr. never requested the records. They did the test and charged me again

Dr Singer was as rude as he could possibly be at a time when I was worries about losing my vision. I would not recommend him to anyone especially for eye care.

Terrible treatment of his patients. Makes them feel like they are stupid and are a bother for him to see. He should have gone into another type of medicine if he didn't want to deal with scared patients.

Found Dr Singer to be very rude and not empathetic. Absolutely no bed side mannner and when dealing with someone's eyes that's important. There are many other well qualified doctors in this town. Do not waste your time with this one..

Since the day I met Dr Singer he has impressed me with his knowledge, flexibility, and treatment plans. He has really taken the time to get to know my medical history, he listens to my requests and he is flexible. I have gone in there with an issue and he works until we have a plan to resolve it. Even if that means call the insurance at that moment and take care of the treatment so that I don’t need to come back for another appt. He will thoroughly explain the issue and answer questions.

Let me begin by saying that I normally do not leave reviews. But I am so frustrated and angry with Dr. Singer and his staff that I feel I need to share. My husband has a eye condition called CSR. He's been dealing with it for a few years and seeing Dr. Singer for at least 3 years. Dr. Singer is always in a hurry, dismissive, rude and lacking any bedside manner. Our last visit was so hurried that he couldn't get out of the office fast enough and failed to sign a prescription. We won't be back.
