As anyone who has ever been a patient will tell you Dr. Smith is the top knee doctor around. He is an extremely knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon with the record to prove it. Dr. Smith is exceptional at explaining what is causing your pain and giving you a plan to return to the life you had before your injury or condition. And he does it all with a smile because he cares for his patients and wants them at their best. I couldn’t be more happy I chose Dr. Smith to take care of the tears in the meniscus in both of my knees.

I've been Dr Smith's patient for 3 years since a total right knee replacement. He's always personable, willing to listen and is a straight talker when it comes what needs to be done. During this appointment Dr Smith checked for tightness or looseness in the knee and leg strength. He also asked how my other knee was doing since the surgery and I seem to have less problems now than before. He said that probably the fact that the right knee is now more stable that and he's not surprised that happened. I trust his expertise and will go back to him if the left knee needs anything.

Dr. Smith listened to my issue, and did not push me to have surgery until I was ready. His recommendation for physical therapy helped delay surgery for years. Dr. Smith is always very patient answering my questions.

Dr. Smith listens to your concerns, attends to your needs, answers your questions. He has a pleasant personality and demeanor. His Assistant was very helpful also.

Dr. Smith is always friendly and personable. He checked the range of motion in my knee and felt the knee cap to make sure it was ok and had not moved. He showed me and explained the X-ray taken of the knee. Always very thorough in exam and very willing to answer any questions.

Dr Smith did a total knee replacement for me last year and I can say with all honesty it was the best Dr/patient experience I’ve ever had. Everything about my visit was just terrific. Short wait time, very friendly staff, Dr. Smith listened attentively as I described my issue and then prescribed and immediately delivered an injection that really helped my arthritic left knee. We are still amazed that we can have this kind of experience given the current healthcare situation in this country. But grateful!
