They are very organized. I got right in got the x-ray immediately the doctor came in 10 minutes later.

It has been long time that I had a Dr share and explan so freely and confidently. There was no rush to next patient feeling and covered in 5 minutes. Work is needed in smoother process for work related forms and turn around time.

Dr Sowrd explained clearly and comprehensively the ankle problem and what surgical intervention would help.

What stood out about my visit. Most was the fact that I had to wait an hour and a half.!!

Dr Swords provides compassionate, patient care. He answers all questions. I appreciated him stating that he gets to know his patients bc he provides care for them as individuals vs one size fits all.

He was very attentive to my problem ankle. Throughly explained the possible issue and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed.

Unsightly bunion with minor pain. He suggests surgery without telling you of the excruciating pain and lengthy healing time. I would have avoided surgery if he had been straightforward. Makes you think his priority is my insurance money over my well-being

The entire set-up of the building and processes for guiding me thru all procedures was efficient and well thought-out. All staff were professional, courteous and obviously well-trained. Dr. Swords had my x-rays from 2014 to compare with my new one from today to show me the changes in my ankle since then. He explained all options I had and we decided on the most conservative one for now and will go forward from here. I feel very confident with being in Dr. Swords' care for my medical issue and would recommend him to others.
