Dr. Michael Tedla, MD

Dr. Tedla was very easy to talk to. He had reviewed my info. and explained test results and options in an understandable manner. He is competent and friendly. As a bonus, the receptionist here is the best ever. When I told him my name, he instantly knew who I was and treated me like a long lost friend.

Dr Tedla from Cardio Vascular Institute Bradenton, Fl. My long time Cardiologist Dr Pizzo retired excellent Doctor. So, I needed a Pacemaker change out and Dr Tedla was the only one who could do it. We met for the first time in preop for the surgery he spent less than 5 minutes with me to start. Dr Tedla did the procedure and didn’t see him again. My Pacemaker was too close to the surface and when bandage was removed during follow up it was draining and infected. You actually could see the device so they re-stapled it and I nursed it with several kinds of antibiotics for 8 weeks. I ended up going to a sergeon and he reopened and put the Pacer where it belonged. Sergeon was Dr Jose Erbella super surgeon. Needless to say, I have a new Cardiologist at Bradenton Cardiology. PATIENT BE AWARE.

He spent under 2 minutes with me. I couldn't walk due to 2 major blockages in my legs. He asked ZERO questions and gave ZERO info on what to do. Staff was slow and made ZERO attempts to expedite tests and get approval for surgery. And we have GREAT health insurance. It was a nightmare doing their work for them.Weeks later they are calling telling me to go get blood work.

Great office staff. Seen very quickly. Dr. was kind and informative. Previous review made no sense whatsoever. Being a nurse myself I was very comfortable with Dr. Tedla taking care of my mother
