Dr. Michael Tedrick, DO

My hubby has been in this hospital for more than 90 days and has had a different doctor every 7 days. Each has given me different perspectives on the condition of my hubby. He is being tube fed and NO other doctor ever mentioned nutrition, which is certainly NOT the same as eating. This doctor has been extremely responsive and has gone into a deep search of the research to help us. He got PT, OT and speech MOVING on my husband and checks on these therapists to keep updated. He explains everything very well and is deeply concerned about not only him, but me. I prayed for a doctor like this and God answered my prayers. He is wonderful. Wish I could say the same about the Administration of this hospital and the other doctors. I love this doctor!

Exceptional doctor. Great bedside manners. Dr. Tedrick and two other doctors at CAMC diagnosed me with a rare disease. This is after trying to find answers for over five years. He spent a lot of time explaining the disease, treatment, symptoms and a proposed plan of action. He answered all my questions in non-medical terms so that I understood. Never felt rushed. He was thorough on tests and explaining the results. He was instrumental in setting up a plan treatment involving local doctors and doctors at a nationally renowned facility. I would recommend Dr. Tedrick to anyone. He is a smart and compassionate doctor.
