TWO hours behind, put in a Freezing cold room that had a Filthy chair I wouldn’t even sit in. Will Not be back to AOSM!

I love a doctor who says I know what this is and I know what to do, and that's what Michael did for me. Being disabled and in pain and not knowing what is going on or how long you'll be in pain for is terrifying. Having a confident doctor tell you he's got this and he's got a plan is so reassuring. It relieves so much anxiety and helps you get through the pain and hard times easier because there's a plan in place and reassurance that he knows what to do.

Two and half hour wait first visit and would have been 2nd, but I left before that would have happened. Front office unsympathetic. Won't be returning.

Dr. Trainor was very cordial, confident pleasant, and easy to talk to. Very polite. Listened. Answered questions appropriately. This was my first visit and I liked it.

He seems to be a nice guy but the up and in your face “JUST LIVE WITH IT “ just didn’t go over well.

Dr Trainor was great. Informative and thorough. However, the unfortunate experience of 105 minutes waiting in the exam room listening to various staff “socializing” in the hallway and adjacent open area. It was not crowded with patients. I waited 3 weeks for an appt to this facility and then was treated like I have all day to wait while the employees “catch up” with each other. No explanation, no update, just sit in the chair and listen.If I had not been in severe pain I would have walked out without ever meeting Dr Trainor. Then I would have made an appt with Desert Orthopedics.

Dr Train or is the best. He has done so much for me and my health. Absolutely 5 stars.

I just like the doctors approach. I was having hip issues and we came to conclusion of some medicine and some other avenues and I just liked him very very much. I thought the professionalism was really good.

Doctor Mike is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes time to inform his patients.

3 month post op spinal fusion visit. Had X-rays taken and met with Dr. Trainor. He went over the X-ray results and will now see him again in June.

We discussed the results of my xrays, he was thorough and gave me options on treatments, very kind, highly recommend.

I have had lower back problems for 37 years. Dr Michael Trainor took care of me after another very popular doctor said there was nothing wrong with me. In August I developed left leg pain that was unbearable and that other doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me but I could not walk. Dr Michael Trainor figured it out that it was coming from L4 and L5 and that's why it was radiating down the front of my leg. He not only took care of the pain for L4 and L5 but at the same time did a Fusion on L5 S1 and was able to relieve both my right leg pain for 37 years and the current left leg pain is healing nicely I did have to have two surgeries. I can't think him enough for helping me out in a time of need. And he is a pretty cool guy to talk to!

Scheduled an appointment to address long-term lower back issues. Got a candid evaluation with conservative recommendations. Really appreciated his thoughtfulness.

Ok ...so, there is typically a long wait to see Dr. Michael but he's worth the wait!!! I trust him with my back. Amazing disposition as well. Makes me feel very comfortable!!!
