Good manners
I went to the emergency room and he was on it, he was friendly, he listened to all my complaints and asked his questions and ordered tests and found out my illness problem, gave the info I needed and let me leave after ensuring I was ok to leave

NIGHTMARE DOCTOR
This doctor is very aggressive and has little to no manners for a patient. Does not explain anything about procedures or when it's going to occur. Does not like to acknowledge anxiety within a patient, and can not accurately record medical notes, reports, etc. Has very poor empathy, and does not care about the patient it feels. 1 out of x amount of my stitches have came out because it wasn't properly knotted, did not relocate one of my dislocated fingers, and failed to mention anything of after care. PLEASE avoid this 'doctor' if you can. Need more practice or a new job!

He has no bedside manner, no realization of time management and most certainly does not listen to patients concerns about their own health.
