I don’t like how the doctor treat my son and even he didn’t explain anything to me and no one call me about my son and i was waiting for this appointment 4 months and I didn’t see the doctor even 5 minutes

Healthcare is hard to navigate. Dr. W does a great job of explaining and leaving room for patients thoughts. He always makes sure to ask “are you okay with that” and that puts the patient and parent at ease. Great experience both visits

Dr. Weinstock has taken excellent care of our infant son with profound hearing loss. He answers any concerns we have immediately. He takes the time to explain the medical side of everything well without talking down to us. He is also extremely considerate of our family’s needs (we live about an hour away from Yale and he always makes sure our appointments are at a convenient time). I recently reached out to him about a concern, and my son had an appointment to get checked out the next day. He works closely with our audiologist and birth to three provider and we are confident our son is getting the best possible care. Our family is grateful that Dr. Weinstock is part of our son’s team.

Constantly cancels appointments, we saw him for a multitude of issues and my son started losing his hearing and needed an urgent referral. He has continually cancelled appointments and now we are out a year and a half from the original need for an appointment because of all of his vacations. Avoid like the plague if you actually need a doctor who will follow through with appointments.
