NEVER!!! Never again! The office does not have a manager, and staff is rude and ineffective. Filling fell out the next day, called for a solid week and no return calls. I have to go to another dentist to fix the mess that is now my mouth!!

STAY AWAY. The office Staff is rude and degrading. They haven't made it past front desk school.

Been seeing dr Weiss since 1999, he’s an amazing dentist. Pat the hygienist is phenomenal as well, the office staff is the big issue they have always been rude and make the experience less pleasant.

I have been going here for years and never had a problem the girls are always friendly. I always call and confirm when I had a cracked tooth they referred to me to a surgeon immediately and I was able to get a bridge at a fair price. I would not consider going elsewhere. I believe the negative reviews are from people who don’t know how to confirm appointments and think they are entitled. I love this place and the staff

The women at the front desk are so rude and unhelpful. They dont want to do their jobs. Not a great way to start a visit.

I'm done with this office. I can't believe I've been going for over 10 years. I get physically ill when I have to make an appt. for a cleaning. Those office ladies are ugly and nasty and rude. I am contacting the better business bureau and any other bureau I can to let them know what a horrible experience this dental office is to the patient. Outdated equipment and thousands of paper files everywhere. Disgusting waiting room! I continued to go because my grandson loves Pat the hygienist. Done!

Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. The dentist screwed up my fillings.

I can't even begin to explain how terrible this place is. Not only is the front desk rude but the doctor himself is rude. They cancelled my kids app bc I didn't call them back to confirm it. When in fact I did call back but was put on hold for over 20 mins. Not to mention our first vist there the doctor maybe looked at my 10yr Olds teeth for 3 mins.. I highly don't recommend this place! Only gave it a star bc I have to otherwise he wouldn't get anything from me!

Dr. Weiss is a very nice man, and a good dentist. However, his front desk receptionist is rude and treats patients like children. She is argumentative and condescending. The office also claims appointments are not confirmed when in fact they are. Wait time is often long. The receptionist patrols the waiting rooms, and if anyone has a beverage, she makes them leave with it, or she pours it out into the toilet. Dr. Weiss needs to find a pleasant and mature person to be the face of his business.

The front desk staff is extremely rude..this practice attempted to Bill my insurance for procedures I did NOT receive..the office is dirty.i watched the hygienist enter the room,carrying "sterile" dental tools with her bare hands.no gloves.i feel this practice is MUCH too unprofessional and unsanitary for me .i would NOT recommend them to anyone,ever.

A family member had a severe dental emergency and needed emergency care. This doctor and his staff were extremely rude, and would not help. They could care less and even hung up the phone. The family member was even treated at the emergency room because the infection was so bad. This guy should have his medical license revoked and he should be ashamed of himself. SHAME ON YOU DOCTOR WEISS - I HOPE YOU LOSE YOUR LICENSE!

Staff was rude and in friendly, tried multiple time to schedule an appointment and was hun up on , 2nd worst dental experience I've ever received will not go back !
