Dr Winer is not only competent and professional, He is a Wonderful Man and Compassionate Human Being. I know he has dedicated more than two - thirds of his life to his fellow man beginning with schooling, sciences, Viet Nam, and a promise to the best of his ability and a blessing from God that he would heal to the fullest extent they can. I Love This Man and am grateful that I am able to walk again and function to the best of my ability. There is much more to write. No more room. Anonymous
