I love Dr. Yeates. He’s so caring and makes sure you are always taken care of.

I went in for some tests and to see if he could help me with my antidepressant meds. Somehow I missed the care and attentiveness. He was abrupt and would not look me in the eye. I decided he probably wasn’t the one to help me. His nurse is always helpful which is appreciated.

Dr. Yeates is one of the most professional caring doctor's I have ever met. He truly troubleshoots your aliments & gets to the root of the issue. Him & his staff has the upmost desire to help you feel the best you can. I Thank heavens & my lucky stars we found them.

Dr Yeates is kind and personable. He shows a genuine caring for me and my family when we come in for medical treatments. He listens to what I share as my symptoms and then asks more questions to help narrow the things down to resolve the concern. He explains what I need to know about a condition and answers questions. He is the best!

Dr. Yeates is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring. He spends a lot of time listening. I find this to be a rarity in the current day of "in and out" doctors.

Dr Yeates is very attentive and has a great concern for his patients. I feel like he gives me great care And is conservative in his approach is to treatment so as not to waste my money or insurance money. He is always up-to-date on the latest studies and medications.He is quick to call back if I have a question or concern.

This guy is an absolute joke. He was short with me, did not listen to my concerns, and did not diagnose what was wrong. A waste of time, and money. I strongly advise to avoid him.

I have been going to Michael Yeates for about a year now. Had to leave a doctor that I loved because of insurance. I did not think I was going to find anyone close to him but I did. He takes time to listen to you and talks to you like you are a person.

This is the most caring Dr. I have ever been to. He is amazing! He truly cares about bus patients. He spends time with you and listens. We have all switched to him and I would refer anyone to him.

Dr. Yeates' office staff may be a little imperfect, but I would recommend Dr. Yeates to anyone. I have been trying for two years to get a diagnosis for my husband. We've been to doctor after doctor. But within 5 minutes of talking to Dr. Yeates, he zeroed in on the problem. He took an amazing amount of time with us, and then stayed on the situation, and followed up in helping us get to a specialist. I'm so grateful to him. He's not a check list doctor. He really listens.

Dr Yates is an amazing doctor! I recommend him to anyone. I use him as my primary doctor. I travel from Holladay to Kaysville to see him. He likes to take a more natural approach than just giving you meds, but if you need a little boost then he will go to meds to help your body out but he doesn't like relying on them because there's so much more to medicine than just medication. Never did get to see Yeates. I recently moved to town and got very sick. I needed a Dr. and wanted to find our new family doctor while I was at it. Calling for an appointment was a mistake. The staff asked me to wait until the next day and get an appointment for Yeates, that his current available appointments couldn't be scheduled unless I called in the morning. I called first thing and they were full, and the best they could offer was a week out. Why did I wait and suffer then? Rude unhelpful!
