Lack of Accountability and Communication
I've only been a patient at this office for a few months, but that’s was enough time to realize that the issues here are not isolated incidents. While the nurse practitioner was pleasant to work with, there were significant challenges with follow-through. Calling the front staff for updates was often frustrating—they were frequently abrasive, dismissive, and quick to shift blame to others rather than taking responsibility or finding solutions. I also requested a call from Dr. Zielinski, but he couldn't be bothered to respond.

Never again
Dr. Dismiss.. went in for check up for an ongoing issue and was shuffled out of the office with no real help. Tried to follow up after over the phone, never got a call back from the Dr. Tried calling over the course of many days. No call back. Office staff was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Couldn't bother to fill out proper paperwork or forward needed information to insurance.

I would highly recommend Dr Zielinski and Steve PA
You always get a thorough exam and touches all bases and does the exams needed. Always have feedback on results test results. He takes the time with each patient and you are not hurried so you can discuss any concerns. He wants the best health for you and is very caring. He wants you to take your health seriously and you to charge of it. Very intelligent! Great office stuff thru out the building. Highly recommend them!!

What can I say he is not only an excellent physician but a life coach . His compassion and empathy are hallmarks of a good human being, combine this with his knowledge of medicine and you have a winning combination. I consider myself a better human being ,both physically and mentally working with Dr.Z , if you happen to cross paths with him you will also find this to be true.
