She was very thorough with my skin diagnosis, was sure of what it was, sent it for biopsy, and said she will have required Mohs surgery scheduled with the appropriate surgeon ASAP pending biopsy results. She also took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me peace of mind. Her staff was also very friendly and informative with things I needed to know. Highly recommended.

I came in with a couple of small and never fully healing skin lesions, one on my nose, one on my calf. Dr. Jacobs brushed them off as merely age related slow healing cuts/abrasions at extremities. A little over a year later, the lesion on my nose has gotten worse, and I have rescheduled a visit. During my previous visit she was kind and professional. I am holding off on my final rating pending my upcoming experience, and treatment. Therefore, for now, it is only 2 stars.
