Listens to whatever you want to talk about medically. A great Dr.I have MG (myasthenia gravis) and it's very hard to find anyone in NW Arkansas. (Neurologist)While she isn't a neurologist, she does whatever she can to aid in support for the condition. She had a relative that had the same disease and seems to have a definite understanding of the problems one can experience.

It would seem that she and Mercy on whole are more about money than parents care. Billing the max and requiring expensive tests and more check up appointments at every turn. Holding medication refills on simple things like BP meds until you comply. Seem like a racket to me.

My wife and I have trusted Dr. Phillips and her staff for years and have never once been disappointed. My most recent visit went just as I had expected, professional, caring and friendly. Missy, Dr. Phillips nurse, greeted us with her usual smile and efficiency. She took my vital signs, asked questions and answered my questions with an obvious, "I care attitude". The same attitude was obvious in Dr. Phillips (as always). I asked questions and she answered those questions and asked me questions and paid strict attention to my answers. In all the years that I've been one of her patients I've never been disappointed with our exchanges, they've always been very informative and to the point. I remember one visit when she was so concerned about me that after I left her office, she came out to my car to let me know that she was very concerned about her findings and wanted me to go to the hospital. That's only happened to me once before in more than 20 years.

Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Wait time is minimal. Results from tests are reported quickly. Follow up, if necessary, is dependable. Referrals and recommendations are handled quickly.

Our family has seen Dr Phillips several times now, and are always happy with the care we receive. Her nurse, Misty is equally as wonderful.

She always listens, educates, and validates your concerns. I don’t feel rushed or like my issues aren’t important. She is a great doctor and I recommend her highly.

Dr Phillips is always concerned & interested in her patients. She is not afraid to tackle any type of problem. I tryst her.

I have been seeing Dr Phillips and Lori Fuquay for years. Always very professional and go out of there way to make sure all of my medical needs are taken care of. The office always has a great attitude. They make it easy going to the Doctor. The nurses are great ! Wish all Doctor offices were like theres.

I've always felt that Dr. Phillips takes the time to listen and asks many questions to determine appropriate treatment. She has a very caring attitude and goes takes the time to check on patients after hours. Would (and do!) highly recommend her!
