RUPTURED EAR DRUM
The first time I saw Dr. Richards, I had been waiting well over an hour in an examination room. She and her assistant then burst through the door with no explanation or apology, clearly angry about something. (I had never met them). Stupid me, I went back again, but this time it was as if a different person entered the room. She could not have been nicer! I went back to get wax sucked out of my ear. I ended up with a bad earache that night, went back the next day, and was told that I had a perforated eardrum. There was no mention that it could have been caused from her machine; in fact, her assistant immediately reminded me that I had said the day before that I had a slight sore throat. Draw your own conclusions...

Doctor Michele Richards MD
Doctor Richards was recommended to me by my ENT of 25 years Dr. Daniel Zaluzec when he recently retired. I have been seen by Dr. Richards numerous times since then and I am very happy with her as my ENT - I couldn’t ask for better medical care. In addition, Dr. Richards has a staff of two Certified Clinical Medical Assistants Crystal and Liz who along with Dr. Richards comprise a very professional team. I find it very comforting to have them as my ENT Medical Team.

I've been experiencing what seems like a partially blocked left ear. I went to see Dr. Richards today (06/25/21). I received a very extensive screening with an Audiologist and learned what I thought the problem was, is not the case. I then saw Dr. Richards and she spent a lot of time with me and explained my situation. I was very impressed with the treatment and time spent.

Excellent I had been to two different ENTs before my son recommended Dr Richards They has no idea what caused my ear ache . Dr Richards correctly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution in 10 minutes. She listened to me made a couple of hands on tests and the problem was diagnosed . I was very impressed and obviously happy and relieved. She is truly gifted.

I came to see Dr. Richards when I found a lump near my collarbone. My GP was clueless so I self-referred to Dr. Richards -- I had heard excellent things about her. All true. She asked great questions & set up with a series of tests immediately. When they came back negative, started me on more intensive tests until it became clear I had lymphoma. Her staff had to call & fax the oncologist's office over & over for an appt (a busy time of year) but they persisted. Dr.R was compassionate throughout.

Dr Richards helped me with my sinuses after only 2 visits. She is an awsome person. I was seeing another ent for a year and he did nothing but take my co payments and milk the visits. I was misarable for a year. She fixed me within a couple of months. Thank you !!!! I can sleep again!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Richards?
My ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. Richards for an infected tear duct earlier this month. After waiting an hour, I sat through the standard eye exam with an assistant. When I declined to have my eyes dilated (my other Dr. did this already and dilation to see my retinas has nothing to do with a tear duct issue - he might as well have been insisting on a foot xray or colonoscopy!). Dr. Richards outright refused to even see me or even look at my infected tear duct unless I dilated! Horrible!
