It was very unpleasant experience, I had bone exposure almost 6 months to heal my forehead. I did not continue the treatment she didn’t refund money or follow up. Go to any plastic surgeon but not her.

She’s awesome. I should have done these procedures sooner. Laser hair removal has been the best. All the procedures I have had have been great.

Dr. Michele and staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend. I recently had laser resurfacing and my face is beautiful. It minimized my lines, wrinkles and sun damage.

I have enjoyed Dr Zormeier for many years. She is so kind, compassionate and caring. She is extremely talented. This last procedure i had done was laser resurfacing she text me ever day to see how i was doing. I am so pleased with my results. I highly recommend Dr Zormeier.

Let me start by saying Dr. Zormeier is the most caring compassionate Dr I have ever met. Excellent bedside manner, never recommends what is not needed, very affordable, worked with me for the best procedure, with the best longevity at a price I could afford. My results are so much better than I could have imagined. Just wish I would not have waited so long. She answered all my questions and concerns post op very quickly and treated me like I was family. I first met Dr. Zormeier about 5 years ago when I had a short series of IPL treatments to great success. I had an appointment today for another treatment and she is so professional and helpful and the service she provides I find of great value in aiding my own personal esteem.

I went to Dr. Zormeier for eyelid surgery and lazer resurfacing and all I can say is WOW!! She was so awesome my eye's make me look so much younger. I look so much more awake. Since the resurfacing my face looks younger. Now every time I see someone with saggy eyelids or bad skin I just want to tell them she can make you look beautiful.

Dr. Zormeier is an excellent plastic surgeon with excellent bedside manners. She is also very kind and has a great sense of humor. My bff wanted eye surgery and deep C02 Laser resurfacing on her face. I had seen her work on 2 other people and felt she would be the best pick out of any other surgeons in Sonoma County as I'd seen other's work and Dr. Zormeier's was very carefully done and precise. She did a phenomenal job! She is a perfectionist and stays on top of your case as you progress.

Just had eyelid surgery and CO2 laser resurfacing and I'm waiting for my results in 2-4 weeks. Can't wait! Dr Michelle contacted me daily to make sure I was doing all my post op care correctly and insisted on seeing me daily to make sure there was no infection brewing. Her office staff was warm and friendly. She was available to me all the time and no question was too small. ??

Michele is like a face fairy with a wand. She makes the whole experience so comforting . Michele also, remembers her clients you aren't just a face. I'm a single mom and her prices are affordable. she is highly recommended by me.
