I had an unpleasant meeting with Micheline Epstein on 05/07/2024 who was quite defensive throughout our conversation. She frequently interrupted me, even when discussing important topics like my current medications. For instance, I began explaining why I started my medications, but she cut me off, insisting on leading the conversation. This pattern continued; she would ask a question, and as I responded, she would abruptly tell me not to instruct her on how to manage the consultation. This left me confused and feeling the need to defend myself. When I tried to clarify that I was merely answering her questions, she ended the call. I was recommended the Med Vidi service by a friend, but I regret using it and will advise others against it. The service was the most affordable option for my prescription, but the treatment I received was far below my expectations. Her behavior was off-putting, defensive, and disrespectful.

Dr. Epstein is compassionate, through, and friendly. I recommend her to all my family and friends! You are very lucky if you have her for your PCP!

Really impressed! So very often in NYC you are rushed by disinterested cold doctors who aren't even throughout with investigation. Dr Epstein asked all the right questions, pushed for all the right tests and did so with kind compassion and friendly chatty nature, totally put me at ease which should be what it's about! Excellent care!
