Discriminatory Provider
Dr Alliotta is currently accepting new patients but repeatedly chose not accept me as a patient since I had seen a different provider within the network. Childish behavior for a 'professional'

Not good experience for more than a year. Nice enough but the nurse practices being the doctor. She does not listen or read the information throughly enough to respond accurately. Forgets to follow up. I finally just got my flu shot at the pharmacy because she forgot to come back and give it to me. When doctor was on maternity leave I was directed to Urgent Care for my annual physical instead of just providing me with appointment for doctor covering for her. My one med that has to have an exception actually was sent to the wrong company costing an extra $135. I was asked if I had mental health problem when I started itching from contact dermatitis that I caught at the gym. Urgent Care assured me it was just that. The delay caused it to spread to my scalp and the cost of a dermatologist. When I called for sick visit for the flu she was “too busy please go to urgent care.” Use at your own risk if you can’t find a primary care provider.

I love Dr. Alliotta. My problem is with MedFirst. Yesterday my family members all received text messages about the availability of virtual appointments. So I'm sick. I follow their directions and call. The office that made a big production of texting my whole family doesn't do them. But I can use another MedFirst location for a virtual visit. I go to the web. I select one. I call. No, even though they have me in their system I am a new patient and have to come in to see a nurse practitioner. I call my original office back. "We just do that to get you to call." So I'm resigned to going to my usual office to see someone else, since Dr.A is away. No appointments today or tomorrow. REALLY unhappy - not with Dr. A, but with the practice. I would recommend her, but struggling to say that I'd recommend MedFirst after this.

Dr. Aliotta is extremely responsive and easy to talk to about any medical concerns. She's highly knowledgeable, treats patients like people and considers their insight about their own health; the staff is also very responsive to medication and records requests. You are also always seen very quickly.

Dr. Aliotta has a pleasant personality was kind, personable, listened to my concerns, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did not seemed rushed at all and therefore took her time with my concerns. I don't like to go for doctor's visits but she made me feel comfortable, which made me feel less nervous. The exam and waiting rooms were pleasant and clean and I did not have to wait long for my appointment which was in late afternoon. I am glad I found Dr. Aliotta.

I conduct research and selected Dr Aliotta; this is how I arrived at making an appointment w/Dr. Aliotta. My appointment was for fatigue. I completed the forms & requested a physical. The dr asked a few questions & captured my comments on her computer and never engaged in a health discussion & did not proceed w/a physical. I was billed $322 for no service or medical advice. I am challenge the claim w/insurance co & submitting bill to Dr for my lost time as well. Healthcare here = NO!

I highly recommend Dr. Aliotta to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate and thoroughly knowledgeable physicians. Shes takes the time time to listen and respond to all of your concerns, and schedules return visits to ensure that the treatment plan is working for you. In these days of doctors who are in and out so fast you’ve barely had time to make eye contact, I think you’ll find Dr. Aliotta a unique and special physician. I am delighted to have found her!
