Knowledgeable and caring!
Dr Barlow was very understanding and caring. She was great with going over test results. She spent a good amount of time and was very responsive to all questions and concerns! Very helpful!

Terrible doctor. If you want someone to be dismissive and not take you or your pain seriously go to this doctor. She will insult you, not listen and then tell you the pain you deal with DAILY is "fear of pain" not actual pain. At the end of my appointment she said "since the majority of your pain is in your low back" and I had to correct her that it is in my upper back and neck. I had to really push to get a mri if my neck even. Absolutely traumatizing as she's not the first to not take my pain seriously - I'm a woman and our pain is not taken seriously much of the time. Dr.Barlow should maybe switch to research instead of seeing patients. She should not see people who deal with chronic pain, that’s for sure, for she doesn’t think the chronic pain is real!

Just Not Interested
Dr Barlow Seemed Completely Uninterested In Helping Me, She Asked Me What She Could Do For Me? She’s The Doctor, If I Knew That I Wouldn’t Have To Go See Her, It Was Insulting. If I Could Give Her A -5 Star Rating I Would.

Dr. Barlow is an insult to the medical profession. I’ve been suffering in pain for years with back pain & went to see her. I waited 3 months to get an appt. Not only did she not listen, she interrupted me because what she had to say was more important. She couldn’t even take the time to listen. Isn’t part of being a doctor to listen, so you can help patients? She literally rendered no help to me at all. She was condescending & was a waste of time for me. What’s even more interesting is she has all 5-star reviews, but zero negatives. Is she God? I think not. And what’s even more interesting is you can’t leave a review, so the practice is only publishing out good reviews about her. This was the only place I could leave a review for her so far. She is by far the worst doctor I’ve seen. I wish I could somehow get my time back. I had a family member accompany me to my appt. & she thought the same. Don’t waste your time if you need real help and a doctor who actually cares. She won’t help you and she doesn’t believe in prescribing pain medication or actually really helping you at all. Thank you Dr. Barlow for being just another doctor who puts profits before patients.

Review of Dr. Michelle Barlow
Dr. Barlow was kind and competent and I feel truly interested in my health. The treatment she provided to me yesterday has made a significant difference in the quality of my life. Not having chronic pain which has interrupted my sleep every night for several months is incredible.

I have a back that literally looks disgusting & unfortunately I was born with scoliosis a parting gift from my nom-existent father. Genetically it's usually passed from father to son. I am a female & as a rule I DON'T EVER see female doctors.. Dr. Smith has been a gift sent directly by God to me. She's the first doctor to order physical therapy for me. Her genuine care & concern for her patients to help them regain an improved quality of life with not just one approach but utilizing several dif

Dr. Smith and Dr. Drennan are, in my opinion, caring, thorough, and consumate professionals. Over the years I have, unfortunately, entrusted my care to doctors who insisted on repetitive procedures and injections that didn't work. yet made them money. At the last office an obviously very disgruntled nurse told me ' these injections are never going to work.' Thankfully, I found these doctors who have helped me control my chronic pain issues and given me hope for more improvement.

The clinic as a whole is more than happy to inject you full of medications surprise charges. But became extremely defensive when I started asking questions about having a game plan for treatment, and even more defensive when I started asking for information about my own health issues. Dr Smith herself is extremely timid and will run and hide at the first sense of dissatisfaction from patients. Good luck getting ahold of anybody via phone as well.
