Dr. Costa listens and answers questions fully. She’s very professional and gets straight to the point.

I have been seeing Dr Costa for approx 6 yrs, and made remarkable progress with my health because of her .when I first saw her I was barely walking, and in much pain. Now all my lab work are within normal limits, I made remarkable improvement with ambulation, & experiencing no pain thanks to her knowledge in Rheumatoid Arthritis

I went to see Dr Costa for some serious issues. I was afraid that I had the same rare autoimmune disease as my sister. Dr Costa spent about a minute listening to me. And a LONG time telling me that I had fibromyalgia. That all women who come to her in their 40's and 50's have fibromyalgia. Now, a year later, I have been diagnosed with the same rare autoimmune disease as my sister after my eyes did not recover from routine eye surgery. Maybe if Dr Costa had listened to me and looked into the disease a little more, I could have been been on medication and I would not be in the position of praying my specialists can save my eyesight.

Dr. Costa and her staff have been amazing. First visit and was a prepared a care plan. Any issue or anything that has needed to be addressed has been expedited. Thank you.

I saw Dr. Costa for the first time this week and feel I have finally found someone who listens and then puts a plan of action together. Everyone in the office was lovely. I really felt so much better leaving her office. Thank you!

Dr Costa truly, completely cares about my well being. She is thoroughly invested in my care and answers all of my questions effectively and promptly.

She’s an incredible listener who puts various aspects of your complaints together and explains her conclusions clearly.

Dr. Costa is excellent. She has been very friendly and is thorough, never failing to listen and give clear information and advice. Dr. Costa is also efficient. She works quickly but, as I said, she is thorough. Some people may not like the pace but I like her manner and the fact that she is always on time. The office is also run very efficiently. It may take a little more effort than usual to get your first appointment, but once you do, you can expect good care.

She has no bedside manner. She is arrogant, moody, condescending and rude. I followed all her medical advice and when I didn’t get well, she treated me like I was a lying hypochondriac and dismissed me as her patient. Fast forward 2 years, and I have finally finished the disability process with 6 doctors delaring me permanently disabled (three of which were state assigned and had never seen me prior to my physical exam with them) and am receiving my disability pension, despite her dismissing me!

I have had and continue to have an outstanding experience with Dr. Costa. She is a very caring person with an excellent personality. She listens to her patients and understands their needs. She represents what the medical profession should be like. If you are fortunate to have her for your physician you will be pleased with your choice.

Dr. Costa listens to my xplanation of my situation. She responds with questions to allow her to take required action for given condition (s). She then describes actions she recommends, asks if I understand and asks for my consent. I have always felt better leaving Dr. Costa's office than when I arrived.
