Effective Medic gives insurance nightmare
Dr Di Guglielmo was anesthesiologist for a surgery where things went well. Beforehand, she affirmed she accepts my insurance. Months later her biller's first letter demanded full payment, saying the insurer denied the claim but gave no effective way to call to discuss. A full year after surgery and a couple demand letters later, my insurer tracked them down and resolved matters to my satisfaction.
