She takes the time to listen to all health concerns. Did not feel rushed.

I appreciated greatly that Dr. Dibetta did not have her face in the computer all the time like some doctors do; she spoke to me with good eye contact and seemed to listen. She gave me options and did not insist I follow her recommendations, for example, if I preferred to turn down a medication. She seems very knowledgeable. The cons are more the office. Today I went and the whole waiting room reeked of perfume, which for me is an allergen. I suspected it was one of the perfumed cleaning solutions like mistolin or fabuloso but the office staff insisted that it was just lysol and essential oils. Essential oils should not be used in a (traditional) doctors office as some of us are allergic to them. A staff member informed me that I was 'within my rights to get another doctor,' when I complained about the perfume. I don't want another dr. I just want my dr.'s office not to subject me to allergens unnecessarily.

phone calls, I made Numerous. The obnoxious idiot at the front desk is ruining this doctor's business. She doesn't return messages; she will put you on hold and leave you there until you hang up. and she is just generally rude. Dr. Dibetta needs to fire her.

Do not leave any reviews that could possibly be seen as negative as they will cancel you and leave you without a doctor.

I have been with Dr. Dibetta for over years. She is very nice and professor .But I usually very hard to see her, only can see her nurse . So I am looking for other primary but I have got unfriendly trouble for my last Prolia injection. Even they ordered on 05/20 Prolia for me after 6 moth on 11/20 , and now they refused give me the last Prolia injection. . I feel so sorry for them.. have such narrow heart . :(

I've been with Dr DiBetta since July of 2016. I came to her office apprehensive of being a number in the medicine system. Dr Dibetta took time to really get to know me. Though I am an infrequent patient, staff workers Tawna, Julie,Kayla and Turnese have won a special place in my heart. We have been with Dr. Dibetta for about 6 months and we feel she is very kind and personable. Her staff on the other hand is her greatest liability. The doctor says we can contact her anytime but we have found it's not that easy to get past her nasty staff. We will be looking for a new primary doctor very reluctantly but we just can't take her staff any longer. Every time we have to talk to her receptionist it's like we are back in junior high and having to go to the principals office. Good-bye

I found Dr. Dibetta to be very caring and willing to listen patiently to everything I said. She encouraged me to contact her any time I had an issue or problem regarding my health regardless of time or day. She is very knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever it takes to help you get well.

My husband and I recently lost our daughter and Dr. Dibetta was so caring and empathetic. My husband went to see her first for a routine physical and when she was speaking with him and he told her about this she immediately focused in on how he was handling things and also inquired about me to make sure I was doing okay and receiving care even though I was not yet a patient of hers. My husband said she was very gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn't wait to make an appt.
