Dr. Michelle Duhaney, DO

Definitely a great office they do blood work, actually listen to you and don't rush you out.

I needed a new PCP and decided to try Dr. Duhaney after researching some local providers. I found her to be excellent. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and pleasant. She listens and makes useful suggestions. I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen, but was told the wait is not usually that long.

Dr. Duhaney you are an exceptional Doctor! I love having you as my PCP! Please get rid of 'Merium', she has NO phone Etiquette, very Rude, Argumentative, unwelcoming, unprofessional, dismissive. As for "Shatoria Butler" another employee of Dr. Duhaney, she is very proactive, Meticulous, respectful, professional, helpful, kind. "Shatoria" gives extra effort that exceeds expectations!

Dr Duhaney, went above and beyond to make sure I got my correct medication, she also did a follow with me to see how I was doing . You can tell she loves what her job based on care/treatment I received from her .

I was given an appointment on a day that the doctor was not in the office. I returned the next day as instructed. The wait time was very long. When I finally had my appointment it was not the initial visit I expected. The doctor merely ordered fasting blood work and asked if I needed prescriptions until my initial appointment. The bloodwork appointment was scheduled for a few weeks later. It is difficult to get the telephone call answered at the office. I could go on but instead I will say it was the worst medical office experience of my life.

The first time I went to Dr. Duhaney as a new patient right before the pandemic in February 2020 I had a very satisfactory experience, Dr. Duhaney and the Nurse Practitioner both met with me, took ample time & asked me questions about my health. I did not get to return until after I had been vaccinated for COVID & went (May 2021) for my annual physical. It was like I was seeing a different doctor, she didn't ask me any questions, didn't recommend anything like a Colonoscopy or any other annual tests that I should have had for my age. I complained about a lump on my lower spine, she recommended I go for an Xray & she wrote a script. Unfortunately I needed the script to state "Back Pain" not just pain to get an appointment.& reimbursed by insurance. NUMEROURS PHONE CALLS DAY AFTER DAY and finally the doctors office faxed over the proper worded script. Now after having the Xray done I am still waiting 8 working days for the doctor to call me with results. Very dissatisfied.

I was very unsatisfied , this Dr. has in adequate staff who fail to do their job. I dropped off all my paperwork prior to my appointment including my insurance card and the staff waited until my new patient appointment and until 20 mins later to inform me that I couldn’t be seen. After I informed them this was my only time available because of my busy work schedule. WOULDNT recommended

Excellent physician. Listened carefully and took my concerns seriously. Very compassionate. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

Very bad, unprofessional staff. No one answers the phone for an appointment. They close the hours during office time provided. Rude abusive staff. Had to go town Urgent care facility to get treatment.
