LEARNED SOMETHING NEW ABOUT PA'S. MY DOCTOR WAS HONEST WITH ME. ALL THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY NICE TOO.. LOVE HONESTY. GAVE ME BOOKS ABOUT MY MY CONDITION. WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING.

Dr. Eisenberg was extremely helpful, kind and created a comfortable environment. She was able to give us a plan of action for my issue and helped ease a lot of the stress I was having

I was having severe lupus flares, preventing me from working. I had a telehealth visit, & FMLA was recommended by the doctor. I went to the office the next day with the paperwork. The office clerk, Cindy, who was simultaneously taking care of her crying baby, gave me pads to write what I wanted on the form.. 2 wks later, I called to find out the progress, and was told that I needed to make an appt to come in. I said, ok, I was never told this. I asked to speak with a Mgr; instead , Cindy came on the phone and concocted an entire lie. I would have been perfectly fine with an acknowledgment of her not knowing the procedure. The mgr called later, and was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with. She said, Cindy said that you were not listening, & I understand why. I told her that because Cindy created a story, I refused to listen to her. I have had lupus for 20 years and have never been treated with such disrespect. Will never return. I cannot compete with the office buddy system.

My mom was a pt of Dr. Icenberg accused my mom of basically lying about her pain and when she let her know as well that she was assaulted recently she victim blamed my 63 yr old mother for being randomly attacked in downtown Houston and then when she asked her if my mother pcp would be seeing her due to her being hurt , when my mom stated that no she had to go to an urgent care and the city takes care of it , she left sarcastically says “oh great with tax payers money.” As a nurse myself I find this very disturbing behavior for a medical professional.
