I have been to Reflections in Martinsville several times for laser hair removal treatment with Dr. Ellern. Dr. Ellern has always been very thorough and cautious during treatment. She is very kind and attentive, professional and easy to talk to. Additionally, the staff is very kind and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Ellern and Reflections for your treatments.

Dr. Ellern took her time to explain how the hair is removed, what to expect during the procedure and after care. Very patient throughout the hair removal. Staff was very professional and helpful.

I absolutely love Dr. Ellern and would recommend her to anyone wanting filler, Botox, etc. I have been getting Botox and fillers for the past couple years and was never really pleased with my results or my experiences. A friend recommended me to Dr. Ellern and I couldn't be happier. She genuinely cares and listens to your concerns. So happy I found her, very happy with my results!

Reflections has been my medi-spa for many years. Everyone there is always very nice and professional, and it is easy to get an appointment in a short amount of time. I have seen Dr Ellern for IPL for brown spots, Botox, and she gave me beautiful Juvederm lips, all of which turned out great. She performs her work confidently and accurately, and is always concerned about my comfort during procedures.
