Very good doctor!
My first name is Vicki. I believe I was treated by Dr. Michelle Fletcher on December 20, 2023 at TX Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, TX. I still have questions about some information she gave me that was not on My Chart. I could not locate an office number for this doctor. I was appreciative of the treatment given by her but failed to see medicine suggestions and information regarding a prescribed drug. I called the hospital the same night of treatment but was unable to obtain some of the information given.

When finding out who you are being treated by in the ED, make sure to ask for a new doctor if you are assigned to Dr. Fletcher. Terrible bedside manner, will treat you as a number rather than a patient. Very short, does not listen or show sympathy. No one wants to end up going to an ED, this isn’t a pleasant experience to begin with. She clearly doesn’t understand that. We are people too. Also, she is very loud in the hallways. We can hear what she is saying about patients and other doctors even when our door was closed.

I had a serious cardiac event taken by ambulance to this hospital. I got the pleasure of being taken care of DR. Michelle Fletcher who didn’t do the things she should have done. This led me to go to the ER the colony ER the very next day. The doctor there asked me did she do a cat scan of my brain to make sure I was ok with the dangerous heart rate I had and no she didn’t I got no medicine to lower my blood pressure NO IV fluids. I didn’t even get medication to take home nothing. They let me leave the hospital with high blood pressure with a shot of morphine. Walked me outside didn’t even wait to see if My Uber came alone on a strong narcotic. I will be filing a complaint for Dr. Fletchers lack of competence and care and the hospital for letting me leave by myself. The Colony ER paid for my Uber and waited until I was in it to make sure I didn’t drive home. DO NOT GO HERE. THESE PEOPLE ONLY CAUSED ME TO GO TO THE ER THE NEXT DAY!
